You exercise to keep your body fit. You visit a gym and take fitness classes to keep you motivated and on track.

What are you doing to build your brain muscle? Just like other muscles, your brain weakens over time unless you excercise it!

"Brain Workout" session are like taking your brain to the gym. Here's how they work:

  • Dr. Parker leads leads weekly 30 minute online session (Tuesdays from 8:00 - 8:30 a.m.)
  • Excercises work a variety of brain functions
  • Team environment enhances the experience
  • Between session "Brain Boosters" keep you  progressing between Brain Workouts
  • Accountability helps you stay on track
